Sales/ Customer Service Consultant (1 position)

The successful candidate will be

  • Responsible for Sales and Leasing in New and Pre-owned
  • Responding to email and phone sales inquires in a timely manner
  • Learning about the Kia line up
  • Actively maintaining current customers and referral network
  • Advertising on social media and providing update ideas in marketing
  • Customer service representative, providing information to new and existing customers on pricing, our product and connecting them with Central Kia’s Parts and Service team

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and active listening skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Self motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Excellent computer skills and communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media and ability to use as a source of advertising
  • Commitment to sales and achieving targets
